About Us

AZ Empowerment, Non-Profit Women’s Tackle Football Team and part of the WFA.​The Women's Football Alliance is a professional full-contact Women's American football tackle that began play in 2009. It is the largest 11-on-11 football league for women in the world, and the longest running active women's football league in the U.S


To provide young women and youth the opportunity to play sports in a safe and inclusive environment.  


We are committed to developing and delivering programs that create an impact through sports and mentorship.


To offer excellent programs with positive, inclusive environments for members to grow, develop and succeed in sports and in life.

Community building -Create environments for relationships to flourish within our community of women and youth.
